處理時間

• 有存貨產品會在七個工作日內發貨

• 同一訂單預計發貨日為一個月內的産品，除非客人特別要求，將會待產品集齊後發貨

• 預計發貨多於一個月的産品將會另外發貨​

• 運輸的時間或因天氣、運輸商、天災、戰爭、社會活動等等而出現運輸時間増加

• 高價訂單或需簽收

• 如選擇安全放置或由管理處代收，一經標示「已送達」，風險由顧客承擔

• 投遞失敗／退回寄件：貨件退回後可安排重新寄送，需另付郵費

• 運費不設退還

內地顧客付款後請以Wechat/ Whatsapp/ 電郵傳送內地身份證正反兩面以作清關。

Service coverage​

Processing time

• In-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days.

• For items in the same order with an estimated shipping date within one month, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise, the order will be shipped once all items are ready.

• Items with an estimated shipping date beyond one month will be shipped separately.

• Transit times may be extended due to weather, carriers, natural disasters, war, social activities, etc.

• From HKD 40, varying by destination.

• SF Express / other trackable carriers.

• Tracking details will be provided by email after dispatch.

• High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

• If you choose safe drop or management office collection, once marked “delivered,” the risk is borne by the customer.

• Delivery failure/returned shipments: if a parcel is returned, re-delivery can be arranged with additional postage.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Mainland China Customers

Upon completion of payment, customers from Mainland China are kindly requested to provide copies of the front and back of their Mainland Identity Card via WeChat, WhatsApp, or email to facilitate customs clearance.
