處理時間

• 有存貨產品會在七個工作日內發貨

• 同一訂單預計發貨日為一個月內的産品，除非客人特別要求，將會待產品集齊後發貨

• 預計發貨多於一個月的産品將會另外發貨​

• 運輸的時間或因天氣、運輸商、天災、戰爭、社會活動等等而出現運輸時間増加

• 出貨後將以電郵提供追蹤資料

• 高價訂單或需簽收

• 如選擇安全放置或由管理處代收，一經標示「已送達」，風險由顧客承擔

• 投遞失敗／退回寄件：貨件退回後可安排重新寄送，需另付郵費

• 運費不設退還

Service coverage​

Processing time

• In-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days.

• For items in the same order with an estimated shipping date within one month, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise, the order will be shipped once all items are ready.

• Items with an estimated shipping date beyond one month will be shipped separately.

• Transit times may be extended due to weather, carriers, natural disasters, war, social activities, etc.

• From HKD 40, varying by destination.

Carriers

• SF Express / other trackable carriers.

• Tracking details will be provided by email after dispatch.

• High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

• If you choose safe drop or management office collection, once marked “delivered,” the risk is borne by the customer.

• Delivery failure/returned shipments: if a parcel is returned, re-delivery can be arranged with additional postage.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
