Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 working days, starting from the date we receive the required identification documents.

• For products scheduled to ship within one month, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise, the order will be shipped once all items are ready.

• Shipping fee is to be paid by the buyer and collected cash-on-delivery by the carrier.

• Delivery times may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If delivery cannot be completed for any reason (including but not limited to ID document issues, refusal to accept, or unsuccessful delivery attempts), no refund or reshipment will be provided.
